You can now submit a `customerReference` field when [creating an external FX contract](/access/products/fx/openapi/other/postcontract). You can use this field to represent the payer who funds the FX contract.

#### New intent value (26 March 2025)

You can submit an `intent` of "PAYOUT LIVE RATE" when [getting an FX rate](/access/products/fx/openapi/other/getfxrates#other/getfxrates/t=request&in=query&path=intent) or [creating an FX quote](/access/products/fx/openapi/other/postfxquote#other/postfxquote/t=request&path=intent). This allows you to get real-time FX rates.
